Customer Quality Engineer Function

Description

This training provides you with the necessary skills needed to perform the job of a Customer Quality Engineer.

​

You will be trained on how to effectively communicate when working directly with the customer, help launch new products, complete quality documentation, facilitate changes and address quality issues in production when customer concerns arise. The customer quality engineer does whatever it takes to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by keeping the customer’s line up and running with the supply of high quality parts.
